2. Proposal & Partnership

You receive a tailored scope of work outlining investment (estimated hours or flat fee), timeline, and retainer. Once approved, your project is formally scheduled. Working on an income property? Selling your home?

3. Design & Refinement

We execute the agreed-upon services with clear communication, professional coordination, and thoughtful attention to detail.  The Property Atelier provides comprehensive, “turn-key” remodeling and marketing services from design, remodeling, construction, paint, sourcing of furniture, appliances, art, furnishings, to photography, marketing and branding materials. The Property Atelier is your “go-to-market” partner for Low Country income property, boutique hotels, and short term rentals.

4. Completion & Photography

Final styling and finishing touches bring your space to life, resulting in a market-ready property that is professionally photographed for a breathtaking listing.

5. Reveal

Final walkthrough ensures every detail is complete and the property is ready to welcome its next chapter.

Our role is to manage timelines, quality, and communication, ensuring that the permanent improvements are designed to stay and add lasting value.

You can pull from a family name, favorite pet, history of your property or location, a favorite flower, the inspiration is endless.  Now imagine that favorite flower image in a logo using a hand sketch and printed on coolers, hand towels, mug or doormat.  Use the image through-out the space.  They can even be sold to your guests and home buyers really driving the concept home.  We will conceive the property name in collaboration with you, create a logo, design the items, order and install.

Investment

Thoughtful design and strategic property presentation are investments that directly impact perceived value, buyer interest, and overall experience. Our goal is to maximize your property’s potential while making the process efficient and enjoyable.

Our professional design rate is $250 per hour. Many services are offered as flat-fee proposals based on the scope of work, allowing for clarity and predictability from the outset.

All projects begin with an on-site consultation ($300). This curated walkthrough includes expert insight, tailored recommendations, and strategic guidance. When you proceed with services, the consultation investment is credited toward your project.
