2. Proposal & Partnership — After consultation, you will receive a detailed contract reviewing the tailored scope of the project goals, an investment outline along with a retainer request. Once approved, your project is formally scheduled and we get started right away.
3. Design & Refinement — The Property Atelier leads with integrity, intention, and efficiency ensuring your project is cared for from start to finish. We execute the agreed-upon services with clear communication, professional coordination, and thoughtful attention to detail.
4. Completion & Photography — From total home renovations to rental marketing optimization, we drive project results home with the finishing touches in mind that bring your space to life. Styled and captured at its absolute best.
5. Reveal — Final walkthrough ensures every detail is complete and the property is ready to welcome its next chapter.
