3. Design & Refinement-The Property Atelier provides comprehensive, “turn-key” remodeling and marketing services from design, remodeling, construction, paint, sourcing of furniture, appliances, art, furnishings, to marketing and branding materials. We execute the agreed-upon services with clear communication, professional coordination, and thoughtful attention to detail.

4. Completion & Photography-Final styling and finishing touches bring your space to life, resulting in a market-ready property that is professionally photographed for a breathtaking listing.

5. Reveal-Final walkthrough ensures every detail is complete and the property is ready to welcome its next chapter.
